Event coordination

Whether it’s a trade show, product launch, wedding, cocktail party, awards ceremony or a sit-down gala dinner, we will first identify the audience for the event and go out of the way to understand your brand, objective and budget. There is usually a plethora of vendors that need pulling together with the same vision – the venue, caterers, audio-visual, entertainment, signage, décor & styling.

Guest communication

We will handle all the guest communications such raising awareness through advertising and social media, emailers, SMS and RSPV managament, and guest joining instructions. You may need graphic design for invitations, signage, menus, and agendas. Effective guest list management creates capabilities for targeted communication with the prospective clients, then collecting contact data which can be used to follow-up connections.

Presentation material

Everything has been perfectly organised, but then somebody starts presenting their home-made PowerPoint slides. You can guess how that looks. No adherence to corporate identity, clipart, too many words, too many slides, dodgy formatting… we’ve all seen it. What better way to remember an event than with professional photographs and edited video footage.
